  • To get your instrument playing how you want it to we look at every detail and adjustment. Don’t know what your guitar needs? Bring it in and let me have a look so we can work out what’s best.

  • I offer full re-frets on all instruments. Standard wire, stainless wire, partial re-frets and fret levels….all crowned, dressed and buffed to an incredible shine!

  • Want to improve you guitar? New pickups, complete rewires with new pots, switches, sockets all available here. Bone nuts and saddles all made from scratch. Lifting bridges, loose braces, uneven fret work? Please contact me with any issue

I am based in Beechboro, Western Australia and am offering my professional services for all guitars and many other stringed instruments. Please check out my services page and if you have any questions regarding what I can do for your instrument don’t hesitate to get in contact with me!

All bookings by appointment only. Open Mondays (9.30-18:00), Thursdays (9.30-18:00) and Saturdays (11:00-16:00) but also quite flexible after hours also.

I had been at Concept Music for 17 years previously doing tech work and repairs as well as sales and have been running Axewood Guitar Works since 2018.
